# Creating Contact Lists with Filters

> Filter CRM contacts, then bulk-add them to a static list.

Build a list from a filtered contact set — or automate membership with workflows.

## Create a list from filters

1. Create a **static** list under **CRM** → **Lists** (if you do not already have one)
2. **CRM** → **Contacts** — apply filters (hubs visited, subscription groups, contact properties such as achievements, and other available fields)
3. Select the filtered contacts
4. Use the bulk **Add selected contacts to list** action (row action label: **Add To List**)
5. In the **Add To List** modal, choose **List name** and confirm

Only selected contacts that are not already in the list are added.

  You can also open a list under **CRM** → **Lists**, then use that list’s bulk-add flow to pick contacts.

## Automate with Workflows (optional)

Use the **Add to List** workflow action to add contacts when triggers fire (e.g. data captured, badge awarded).
