What is it?
Personalised prizing allows you to send separate SMS or email communications based on a users selection(s) or outcomes during a Hub game or Live Trivia.
Please note that personalised prizing does not apply to all mechanics. This feature is only available on Cards where users make selections or answer questions, like:
- Quiz
- Poll
- Personality Quiz
- Live Trivia
- Live Predictor
- Etc.
Why would I use it?
Personalised communications increase the uptake of your offerings; take advantage of this and begin using targeted communications to connect to your audience.
When should I use it?
Personalised prizing is best used when you have several different "Everyone Wins" prizes on offer for that particular game. The personalised prizing feature can also be used to send out specifically targeted marketing communications within your 'prize' emails based on user responses.
