One of the options you have with SMS communications is the ability to personalise the SMS sender's name - here's how.
How do I do this?
Step 1: Navigate to your Hub Settings
- Go to your Engagement Hub then click on Settings.
Step 2: Edit the SMS Sender Name
- (1) Click on the Communications tab.
- (2) Enter your desired name here.
Note: There is a limit of 11 characters. You may only use letters, numbers and spaces.
