Share cards from your Hub with links, QR codes, email or socials.

What is it?
You can now share specific cards from your Hub directly to your social accounts, through email, with a link or QR code.
How do I use it?
- Step 1: Navigate to the card
- Step 2: Set up your card sharing settings
- Step 3: Publish your Hub
- Step 4: Select your sharing option
Step 1: Navigate to the card
- Navigate to your Engagement Hub.
- Once there, scroll to the card you want to share.
Step 2: Set up your card sharing settings
- Click on the card to open the editing modal.
- (1) Head to the Sharing tab.
- (2) This is the image that is shown when sharing the card.
Note: This by default is your cover image. You can change this image if you wish.
- (3) Add a title that will be used when sharing the card.
- (4) Add a description that will be shown when sharing the card.
Step 3: Publish your Hub
- (1) Click on Publish to make your Hub live.
Note: To be able to access the card sharing option in the next step, your Hub needs to be published.
Step 4: Select your sharing option
- Click on the ... on the top right of the card then select Share.
- (1) Selecting the Clipboard button to copy the sharable link
- (2) Create a QR code.
- (A) The Hub URL cannot be changed in this setting.
Note: Ensure you're happy with your domain prior to generating a QR code as once you alter the domain, you will need to generate a new QR code. - (B) Select your preferred file type.
- (C) Alter the size of the QR code.
Note: The dimensions are a locked aspect ratio of 1:1. - (D) Edit the styling of the QR code.

- (a) Edit the background colour of the QR code.
- (b) Edit the foreground colour of the QR code.
- (c) Upload an image or logo here that will sit in the centre.
- (E) Add UTM parameters to the QR code/s to track where traffic is coming from.

- (a) Add a source to identify where the traffic originated from.
- (b) Include a medium to track what type of traffic users originated from.
- (c) Input the campaign name.
- (d) Add a term to track which keyword term a user came from.
Note: This is only use for paid search ads. - (e) The content will allow you to differentiate between ads or links if you have multiple links directing to the same URL.
- (3) Share via email.
- (4) Share via Facebook.
- (5) Share via X.
- (6) Share via LinkedIn.
- (7) Share via Messenger.
- (8) Share via WhatsApp.
FAQ
Can I share directly on my socials?
Yes, when you click on the social icons, it will automatically connect to your signed in account for that platform and create a draft post where you can add a caption.
Do I need to create an image for it to be shared?
When you share a card, it will pull through the card's cover image. To change the sharing image, you can see how to do so here.
Do I need to set up any SEM/SEO settings for the card when sharing?
