We introduced Audience Sync so you can push contact segments to your ad platforms as reusable audiences. Configure a sync once and keep the audience fresh either on a schedule or as part of a workflow.

Audience Sync Workflow Step

Workflows now include a dedicated Audience Sync step, and you can chain multiple syncs from a single Enqueue step. Enrol contacts into an ad audience the moment they hit a trigger — say, completing a competition or joining a loyalty tier.

Clearer Timezone Labels in the Admin

Date and time labels that use your admin timezone now say “your timezone” in tooltips, and the workspace reporting timezone is named directly on Insights, CRM, and dashboard share expiry. You always know which zone a given time is being shown in.

Streamlined Dashboard Share Modal

The dashboard share modal now saves only when you press Save, and expiry date and password are optional fields without extra toggles. Sharing dashboards feels less fiddly and there are no more surprise auto-saves.We tightened up the trails and templates experience across Komo Links, including requiring a destination on create and inheriting your trail’s default QR style on new short links. Creating consistent, on-brand links is simpler out of the box.

Better Receipt Uploader on Mobile

The receipt uploader now shows instructions tailored to whether the participant is on mobile or desktop. Entrants get clearer guidance on how to snap or upload their receipt.

Expanded Audit Log Coverage

The company audit log now tracks loyalty program, campaign, and tier changes; receipt validator updates; and Result Created events from Spin, Swiper, card creation, and card or site cloning. You get a much richer trail of who changed what and when.

SDK Identify Now Works With Access Policies

Workspace App SDK identify calls now set the site session verification needed for Access Policies. Contacts logging in through the SDK pass access policy checks as expected, and Dropdown and Multi-Choice claims map cleanly onto catalog options.

Friendlier Card Mapping Sidebar Errors

The card mapping sidebar now shows a helpful message when a mapped property has been deleted or fails to load, instead of crashing the editor. You can keep working and clean up stale mappings safely.

Quiz results screens no longer show an “Enter competition” button when the competition is switched off. Participants only see the actions that are actually available.

The in-portal Feature OS widget has been retired. Changelog now links directly to the knowledge base and Feature Requests opens a message to Komo support.

Align In-Page and Cover Embeds

In-page and cover embeds now support an optional alignment setting (start, center, or end), with an admin override in the embed code modal. You can drop cards into your host page exactly where the layout calls for them.

Fixed: iOS Dropdown Text on White Form Backgrounds

Form dropdown options on iOS no longer inherit a white text color that made them invisible against a white form body. Every option is readable regardless of the form’s theme.
