Reopen Completed Treasure Hunt Checkpoints

Treasure Hunts can now let participants reopen checkpoints they’ve already completed. You can also show your own content on a completed checkpoint instead of the code or QR entry.

Audience Preview Before Sending Marketing Emails

Before you send a marketing email to a list, you now see a live preview of how many people will receive it and why anyone will be skipped. Sent emails also show how many went out and how many were skipped.

Admins Only See Actions They Can Use

Admins now only see the edit, publish, and clone buttons they’re actually allowed to use across flows, loyalty, Connect, the CMS, reporting, and Kai.

Rainfocus Connections Need a Tenant Slug and API Profile ID

Rainfocus connections now require a tenant slug and an API profile ID. If you already have a Rainfocus connection, reconnect it from the Rainfocus admin page.

Contact “Last Updated” Includes Property Changes

A contact’s last updated date now also changes when their property values change.

Join Paths and Saved Step Positions in Workflows

Workflow steps can now have more than one input path, so separate branches can join back into a single later step instead of repeating the same steps on every branch. Step positions on the workflow canvas are now saved, so your layout stays the way you arranged it. See the workflows guide for how to join paths.

”Is Not” Filters for Card and Prize Triggers

Card and Prize workflow triggers now support is not and is not in filters, including on Card type. You can exclude specific cards, prizes, or card types instead of listing every one you want to include.

Grouped Admin Action Menus

Action menus across the admin are now grouped into clear sections, so copy actions, main actions, and destructive actions such as delete are easier to find.

Faster Contact Imports and Email Lookups

Contact imports now run faster, and looking up a contact by exact email address is quicker.

Fixed: Expired Connected App Connections

When a connected app’s connection has expired or is no longer valid, you now see a clear message and a Manage connection option instead of an error, so you can reconnect straight away.

Opinion scales, radio buttons, and button borders stay readable on forms with dark branding. Form and survey submit buttons now have a border color too.

Fixed: Interactive Q&A Question Count Color

The question count color setting on Interactive Q&A cards now applies correctly, so the question count in the gameplay header shows the color you choose. The gameplay header preview in the card editor has also been tidied up so it matches what participants see.
