Personalised prizing allows you to send separate SMS or email communications based on a users selection(s) or outcomes during a Hub game or Live Trivia. **Please note **that personalised prizing does not apply to all mechanics. This feature is only available on Cards where users make selections or answer questions, like:- Quiz - Poll

Personalised prizing is best used when you have several different “Everyone Wins” prizes on offer for that particular game*. *The personalised prizing feature can also be used to send out specifically targeted marketing communications within your ‘prize’ emails based on user responses.
