Asset Library
Whenever a card needs media, the Add Image modal gives you two options: upload something new, or pick from the Asset Library. The Asset Library is your workspace-level collection of all previously uploaded images and videos, so you can reuse content across any hub or card without re-uploading. The modal also provides access to stock media from Unsplash, Pexels, and Tenor (GIFs) in the left sidebar.Accessing the Asset Library
Any card that supports media (Carousel, Vote, Canvas, Image, Video) will open the Add Image modal when you add or change media. The Uploads tab in the left sidebar is your Asset Library - showing all images and videos uploaded across your workspace.List View
The default view shows your folders and files in a list, sorted by last updated. Use the search bar to find assets by name, or click into folders to browse. You can toggle between grid view and list view using the icons in the top right, and use the New Folder and Upload buttons to add content.Grid View
Inside a folder, switch to grid view to see image thumbnails at a glance. Breadcrumb navigation at the top lets you move between folder levels. Use the Last Updated dropdown to change sort order.Adding Content

Search and Filter
Use the search bar at the top of the Asset Library to find assets by filename. Search works with partial matches (e.g., “logo” finds “summer-logo.jpg”).Downloading
Click the download icon on any asset to save it to your computer for editing or external use.Three-Dot Menu
Each asset and folder has a three-dot menu (⋮) for additional actions like renaming, moving, or deleting.Best Practices
- Use descriptive filenames - “summer-campaign-hero.jpg” is better than “IMG_1234.jpg”
- Organize with folders - group assets by campaign, card type, or theme
- Optimize before uploading - compress images and keep videos under 100MB
- Use Brand Kit for logos - ensures consistent branding across cards
- Clean up periodically - remove outdated assets to keep the library manageable
