Types of Lists
Static Lists
Manually curated lists where contacts are added or removed by administrators or workflows. Best for:- VIP customers
- Beta testers
- Event attendees
- Campaign segments
Creating Lists
Step 1: Navigate to Lists
- Go to CRM > Lists in the sidebar navigation
- Click Create List
Step 2: Configure List Settings
Basic Settings:- List Name - Descriptive name (e.g., “Gold Tier Members”)
- Description - Purpose of the list
