Build a list from a filtered contact set — or automate membership with workflows.
Create a list from filters
- Create a static list under CRM → Lists (if you do not already have one)
- CRM → Contacts — apply filters (hubs visited, subscription groups, contact properties such as achievements, and other available fields)
- Select the filtered contacts
- Use the bulk Add selected contacts to list action (row action label: Add To List)
- In the Add To List modal, choose List name and confirm
Only selected contacts that are not already in the list are added.
You can also open a list under CRM → Lists, then use that list’s bulk-add flow to pick contacts.
Automate with Workflows (optional)
Use the Add to List workflow action to add contacts when triggers fire (e.g. data captured, badge awarded).
