Notifications is currently in beta. You can start using it today — features and event types may expand over time.
Notifications let you monitor important events in your workspace and receive alerts through configured delivery channels. Use them to stay informed about issues like workflow execution errors without manually checking the platform.

Overview

The Notifications settings page has two tabs:
  • Notifications — define what events you want to be notified about and how frequently
  • Channels — configure where notifications are delivered (for example, email)
Navigate to Workspace Settings > Notifications in the sidebar to get started.

Channels

Channels define where your notifications are delivered. You need at least one active channel before you can create notification subscriptions.

Creating a channel

1

Open the Channels tab

Go to Workspace Settings > Notifications and select the Channels tab.
2

Add a channel

Click Add Channel to open the channel creation form.
3

Configure the channel

Enter a Channel Name to identify this channel (for example, “Team Alerts”).Select a Channel Type:
  • Email — send notifications to one or more email addresses
4

Add recipients

For email channels, enter each recipient’s email address and click Add. You can add multiple recipients to a single channel.
5

Save

Click Create to save the channel.

Managing channels

You can edit existing channels to update the name or modify recipients. If a recipient address has delivery errors, a warning icon appears next to it with details about the failure.

Notification subscriptions

Subscriptions define which events trigger a notification and which channels receive it.

Creating a subscription

1

Open the Notifications tab

Go to Workspace Settings > Notifications and select the Notifications tab.
2

Add a notification

Click Add Notification to open the subscription creation form.
3

Name the subscription

Enter a Subscription Name (for example, “Workflow failure alerts”).
4

Select an event type

Choose which event triggers the notification. Currently available:
  • Flow Execution Error — triggers when a workflow execution fails
5

Configure event settings

For workflow error notifications, choose the scope:
  • All workflows in workspace — receive alerts for errors in any workflow
  • Specific workflows — select individual workflows to monitor
6

Select channels

Choose one or more notification channels to deliver this alert. Only enabled channels with a valid status appear in the list.
7

Set a cooldown

Configure a notification cooldown to limit how frequently you receive alerts. The minimum cooldown is 5 minutes. This prevents notification spam when multiple errors occur in quick succession.
8

Save

Click Create to activate the subscription.

Managing subscriptions

You can edit existing subscriptions to change the event scope, update channel assignments, or adjust the cooldown period.

FAQ

Currently, you can subscribe to Flow Execution Error events, which notify you when a workflow fails. More event types may be added as the feature evolves.
Yes. When creating a subscription, you can select multiple channels. Each selected channel receives the notification independently.
The cooldown limits how often a notification fires for the same subscription. For example, with a 5-minute cooldown, if multiple workflow errors occur within that window, you receive one notification instead of many.
You need to create at least one channel in the Channels tab first. Only channels that are enabled and have a valid status appear as options.
