Promotion: Events

When it comes to Engagement Hub performance, promotion is key. Below are our recommendations on how to drive people to your Engagement Hub and participate in your Live Trivia games for live events.

In-Venue Promotion

Advertising your Engagement Hub in-venue is the most important form of promotion to maximise foot traffic and audience engagement. Below are our recommendations for in-venue promotion:

Posters

Use posters in areas of heavy foot traffic, points of sale, and toilets to maximise their reach. Design with vibrant colours and bold fonts to attract customer attention, and be sure to add a QR code so consumers can simply scan your poster to access your Engagement Hub.

Digital Screens

Large, in-venue screens are also a great way to promote your Engagement Hub. These screens provide a digital medium for users to reach the Engagement Hub and can be animated to capture customers’ attention.

A5 Table Talkers

Similar to posters, A5 table talkers allow you to effectively promote your Engagement Hub for seated events. Apply your QR code to the design to ensure people can easily access your Engagement Hub.

Staff Promotion

Face-to-face communication is an excellent opportunity to personalise the promotional experience for the customer. Train your staff on what the Engagement Hub is and its purpose to make it easier for them to showcase it and encourage customers to scan and visit.

Greeters

Upon patron arrival, greeters can encourage the attendees to scan into your Engagement Hub. Simply supply the greeter with the necessary promotional material and have them highlight the prizes you have on offer.

MCs

MCs are often the focus of the audience’s attention and thus perfectly situated to promote your Engagement Hub. Encourage the MC to highlight the prizes on offer and discuss the Engagement Hub with enthusiasm!

Digital Promotion

In addition to in-venue promotion, we highly recommend using digital channels to drive traffic to your Engagement Hub.

Social Posts & Stories

Prior to the event, use social media channels to inform attendees about the upcoming competition and drum up hype. Be sure to include clear CTAs and links to your Engagement Hub in the copy.

EDMs

Include your Engagement Hub, its content, and its unique features in your EDMs. Newsletters are often overlooked, but have seen great success for many of our partners!
