Gate underage users before they reach hub content or submit a form. Two methods.

Method 1: Hub entry condition screen

Block the entire hub until the visitor meets a minimum age.
  1. Settings → Hub → Entry condition screen
  2. Add or edit the entry condition screen
  3. Set Type to Birth date field
  4. Set Minimum age:
  5. Configure title, description, CTA, and Error feedback text (shown when the visitor is under age)

Minimum age: only appears when Type is Birth date field (not Agree to field). Best when the whole hub must be age-restricted (e.g. 18+ industries).

Method 2: Birthday field on data capture

Enforce minimum age on a form (or contact property) without gating the full hub.
  1. Add a birthday contact property to the data capture form — see Contact Properties and Data Capture
  2. On the birthday field config, set Minimum age (0 means no minimum)
  3. Entrants below that age fail validation on submit
Use Method 1 for hub-wide gates. Use Method 2 when only competition entry needs an age check.
